Movement

Designed around how people actually move

Multiple points of arrival, structured parking on both Phase One lots, arena exits that open straight into the Plaza, and pedestrian flow across it to Edge and Echo.

Arrival

Valet drop-off on Ontario Center Parkway, Concours Street on the east, structured parking inside both lots.

Arena exits

Toyota Arena opens directly into the Plaza. The crowd does not cross a parking field to reach it.

Across the Plaza

Edge on one side, Echo on the other. The Plaza is the route between them, and the reason to stop.

Current Phase

Phase One begins with Edge and Echo.

The master plan extends across additional residential, hospitality, entertainment and public-space development throughout the district.
